Yabla is a pretty neat learning site with abundant real-life video materials.
YouTube channels like "youyou Chinese" and "ChineseFor.Us - Learn Mandarin Chinese Online" are worth a view. They both have their own Mandarin learning sites. However, you need to pay subscription to access more content.
The owner of YouTube channel "Elementary Chinese" is not native Chinese but speaks almost perfect Mandarin.
His content is definitely worth checking out.
